Arrival and house rules
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM. The minimum check-in age is 18. Children of all ages are welcome, and children aged 9 and above are charged as adults. Pets are not allowed. A refundable MXN 100 cash damage deposit is collected on arrival and returned at check-out after the room has been inspected. Cancellation and prepayment terms vary by room option.
